PR for Business Investment Opportunities Presentation in London

The event brought together over a hundred representatives of major British companies interested in Croatian products to sample the fine cuisine and wines of the Zadar region. Future collaborations between companies are already being agreed, proving that there is a high demand for Croatian products on the British market. The British Croatian Business Club will therefore continue to work towards strengthening the platform for collaboration between Croatian and British companies. Support for upcoming projects will be given by the current Croatian Ambassador in London Ivan Grdesic and by former British Ambassadors to Croatia Sir John Ramsden and David Blunt.

The presentation of Croatian products from the Zadar region started with a Gala dinner introduced by Deputy Mayor of Zadar, Drazen Grgurovic. The Croatian Ambassador to Britain Ivan Grdesic welcomed the representatives of Croatian companies: Babac - Sinjorina Smokva, Cromaris, De Georgiis, Kali Tuna, Maraska, Mas Vin, OPG Skaulj and Paska Sirana. The Chairman of the British Croatian Business Club, Franko Cetinich expressed his gratitude for the current collaboration and saw this as a positive step towards the success of future projects.

The award winning Croatian Chef, Damir Tomljanovic, from Zadar's highly acclaimed Fosa restaurant, greatly contributed to the bonding of Croatian British relationships by preparing a special gourmet menu for the event. Former British Ambassadors to Croatia David Blunt and Sir John Ramsden gave spontaneous speeches of appreciation in recognition of this important Croatian and British business collaboration.
